Overview

Research compound for fat metabolism, lean mass preservation, NAD+ elevation. BID dosing for sustained NNMT inhibition due to short half-life.

Mechanism of Action

Selective cell-permeable NNMT (Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase) inhibitor. Blocks NNMT to restore cellular energy balance, elevate intracellular NAD+, and activate SIRT1 pathways. Half-life ~3.8–6.9 hours.
