Overview

Mechanism of Action

GLP-1 receptor agonist fused to modified IgG4 Fc fragment. Enhances glucose-dependent insulin secretion, suppresses glucagon, slows gastric emptying, reduces appetite. ~5-day half-life via Fc fusion.
