AnabolicFDA: Not approved for humans — NEVER...WADA: PROHIBITED — Category S1

Overview

⚠ NO HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS. No FDA approval for humans at any point in history. Veterinary approval only (Finaplix — cattle feed efficiency). All human data comes from case reports, adverse event documentation, and extrapolation from animal studies. Cannot be responsibly dosed for humans based on available literature.

Mechanism of Action

19-nor testosterone derivative — most potent commercially available anabolic steroid by binding affinity. AR binding ~5× testosterone. Does not aromatize. Binds progesterone receptor. Reduces glucocorticoid activity (anti-catabolic). Stimulates IGF-1 production. Notable: unique respiratory/androgenic side effect profile in case reports. No metabolism to estrogen — no water retention.
