CJC-1295 Without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29)
GH AxisWell ResearchedFDA: Not approvedWADA: PROHIBITED — Category S2

Overview

Classic synergistic GH stack with Ipamorelin. GHRH analog + ghrelin mimetic = amplified pulsatile GH. More physiologic than CJC-1295 DAC for GH pulsatility.

Mechanism of Action

GHRH receptor agonist. Modified GRF 1-29 with stabilizing substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, 27. Half-life ~30 min. Produces physiologic pulsatile GH pattern when combined with GHRP/Ipamorelin.
